 This 4,000 HP Canadian tug is Ice Classed and ready for the hard job.    For the right credit worthy buyer, the owner will consider some level of financing.  It is set up for towing only with below deck converted to machinery and lab space, therefore making it not suitable for under deck cargos.  It can be converted.  The tug is due for special survey in July 2,000, and as a part of the total package, the owner recently put the vessel through Special Survey.
