The barge has four compartments and 16 hatch covers though it is one large hold. The cargo discharge system is made up of two belts port and starboard that run from the stern forward, then crossover belts carry the material to the center and up a belt to unload on a belt either to Port or Starboard. This tug and barge appear to be in excellent condition inside and out.
