This barge was used to pump sewage tanks on houseboats. The pumping system is working but the holding tank was removed. It has spent its life in fresh water. There is a diesel engine mounted sideways with 2 transmissions that operate the two propellers. The ramp is also hydraulically operated. The barge was formerly owned by the Army Corps of Engineers. The barge would make a good dock construction barge or lake delivery barge.
