The owner has 20
10 4 remaining foldable pontoons that are Russian army
surplus and have never been used. During transport they fold to a size of
6.91x3.15x2.27 Meters. They are made of Chrome molybden. The loading
ramps are included. According to the owner, they will make 135 meters of
road over water. Pontoon has been produced to be used as floating bridge,
barge or unloading bridge from bigger vessel in the case of low coastal water.
With simple connection system, it is possible to form within few minutes
a two-lane bridge with capacity of 60 tons, or a barge with capacity up to 160
tons. Each pontoon also has an anchor winch. They can be easily transported in a
normal truck trailer.
